Prospective employees to contact Fitness 4 Work for an appointment and information on the standard documentations required prior to the appointment. Fitness 4work has a well-defined process of recruitment and placement which will give our candidates an upper hand

    The Occupational Therapist will conduct accessibility audits prior to commencement of employment to ensure that no structural objects will hinder the prospective employee’s ability to perform duties of his occupation. Desensitisation training & ergonomic assessments can also be conducted should it be deemed necessary at commencement of employment or shortly thereafter. Fitness 4 Work will conduct a brief survey to establish the need for the desensitisation training for employees and line manager that will be working closely with our candidate.
